Biotoxin (red tide) Shellfish Harvesting Closure Lifted

The Washington State Department of Health lifted the biotoxin closure on all Whatcom County beaches located north of Sandy Point, including Birch Bay, effective November 8, 2013. Please read the Whatcom County Health Department press release for more information.
