Bay Road closed to install a new fish passable culvert

Bay Road will be closed with a detour in place between Bruce Road and Valley View Road starting on Monday July 30th. A new culvert will be installed to allow fish passage on a tributary to California Creek. The project involves the replacement of an existing 30 inch concrete culvert with a 12 foot diameter steel fish passable culvert. The project is scheduled to last until late September.
